Availability:
The villa is available for renting throughout the year.
Please take a look at the calendar if the desired dates are available.
The minimum rental period is 4 nights.
Price:
Low season (January, April, September, December) $ 795.00
Mid season (February, March, June, October, November) $ 945.00
High season (May, July, August and Holidays) $1095.00
These prices includes the 13% tax and cleaning costs
For rental periods shorter than 7 nights we have to charge 13% tax and $95.00 cleaning costs.
You’re free to book extra nights.
A reservation deposit with a minimum of $250.00 is required.
If you like to use the pool in the winter period it’s advisable to use the heating.
This can be pleasant in the period as from the end of October up till the beginning of March.
Heating costs are $19 a day or $130 a week. The minimum usage period is 4 days.
